Shipping & Returns

All items will be shipped after payment is fully received and cleared. Kids Tunes Online must be notified within 24 hours after receipt of all damaged goods or order shortages. All returned damaged merchandise will be replaced in a timely manner. Please note that Kids Tunes Online currently only ships to locations within the Continental United States.

Privacy Notice

It is our policy to respect and protect the privacy of our customers and the users of this site. We will not sell, share, or rent any user information to others. We use PayPal to securely process all credit card charges so we NEVER see your personal credit card information. We may at times use outside suppliers and/or delivery companies to assist us in fulfilling and delivering orders. We only share with them the information necessary to enable such fulfillment, and delivery of goods.

Our Web site may contain links to third party sites. Kids Tunes Online/Wyckham Hall Music & Publishing is not responsible or liable for the privacy practices or content found on these sites. We suggest that you check the Privacy Notice of each site you visit.

Who Is Processing My Credit Card? We use PayPal to securely process all credit card orders.

How Kids Tunes Online use my information? Your information is only used as needed to fill your order in a timely fashion. We do not share your information with anyone. We will offer you the option of subscribing to our newsletter or to receive additional product information from Kids Tunes Online. If you are a subscriber, you may unsubscribe at any time. Please also view our Privacy Policy.

How Much Does Shipping Cost? We are currently charging a flat $2.50 per physical unit as a Shipping and Handling fee. We are not making any money from that fee. In many cases, the cost to package and ship a single unit actually exceeds that cost. If you wish to order multiple units, please contact us and we will fill a special order with the appropriate shipping cost. In the near future, we hope to have this option enabled in our shopping cart.

Does Kids Tunes Online ship to a P.O. Box? Yes. We use the USPS to ship all packages.

Does Kids Tunes Online Ship outside the US? No. Currently we do not ship outside the US. At the present time, we are only shipping to locations within the Continental US.

What is the Best Way to contact Kids Tunes Online? Email is the best way to contact Kids Tunes Online. Email is always better because it leaves a written audit trail and nothing will get dropped because it stays in our inbox until it is handled. Always Make Sure Your Order Number - located on your invoice - is in the Subject Line and keep a copy for your own records.

How Long Will My Delivery Take? We try to process and mail orders 2-3 times per week. That may vary depending upon schedules but we will do all we can to ship your order as soon as possible.

Will I Get An Invoice With My Order? Your invoice will be emailed to you at the time of payment.

How Do I Order More Than 1 Item? After you add an item to our Shopping Cart just change the Qty. field to the quantity that you need and then click the Update button. At present, we are forced to charge a flat fee per unit per shipping. We will be changing that in the near future for your convenience. If you need to order multiple units, please contact us and we will place a special order for you.
